JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Engage with working professionals and guide them in selecting programs that support their career growth.
2. Reach out to potential candidates from the database and persuade them to enroll in our programs.
3. Present suitable management courses to professionals based on their career goals and requirements.
4. Maintain regular communication with prospects through follow-up calls, emails, and other channels.
5. Record and manage details of all interested candidates in an organized manner.
6. Achieve the monthly sales goals assigned by the organization.
7. Ensure proper execution of all pre-sale and post-sale procedures.
8. Collaborate effectively with team members to maximize overall sales performance.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1.            Good communication skills in English and Hindi

2.            Able to motivate yourself and aim to achieve your goals.

3.            Passion for sales.

4.            Can adjust to a competitive environment and learn from it.
