• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Education-related fields to guide academic and institutional goals.
• 2-4 years experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to provide tailored support to individuals pursuing their academic and professional paths.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to build rapport with students, demonstrate empathy, and provide motivational guidance.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with current trends in education and career development is a plus.
