We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our dynamic Operations team, where you’ll have an opportunity to create, iterate, and streamline our core programs and processes and drive systems integration that support HR delivery excellence.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, attention to details, operational discipline and a passion for learning and continuous improvement. This role interacts with cross-functional global partners to understand strategies and roadmaps, resolves issues and escalations, and uses data to connect the dots between processes, systems, and people, generate insights and recommend and/or deliver improvements that enhance HR services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Document, maintain and recommend HR operational processes to ensure clarity, consistency and compliance across the associate lifecycle
- Identify process gaps and inconsistencies propose and implement improvements through stakeholder partnership
- Collaborate with cross functional and global teams (HR Ops, Payroll, HRBP, TA) to ensure integrated workflows and systems
- Create, own and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, HR process maps and policies
- Participate in audits and risk reviews by ensuring HR documentation is complete, current and compliant
- Support change management efforts for establishing new processes and enterprise alignment efforts
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and operational excellence within the team
- Ability to balance the needs of the organization, leaders and associates to deliver against a robust cross-functional agenda
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems
- Plan, execute and support in associate engagement initiatives
- Enable program and project management of HR processes and initiatives for scalable operations, contributing to global expansion
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources
- At least 1 year of experience in Project Management or at least 1 year of experience in Process Management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of total experience in Project or Process Management
- 4+ years of total experience in Human Resources
- Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification
- Experience in process documentation and tools
- Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, Salesforce)
- Proficient in g-suite and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Passion for operational improvement and attention to detail
- Data driven mindset
