Sr. Advocate / Advocate

 •Sound knowledge of civil, criminal, commercial, consumer disputes, laws relating to trademarks, copyrights, other intellectual property rights, and labor laws.
• Must possess comprehensive knowledge of contract and agreement drafting. Excellent legal drafting skills are essential. • Must be skilled in case law research using platforms like Manupatra, SCC Online, DLT Online, LJ Soft, etc. • Ability to independently interact with Advocates, government, and police authorities. • Must have the capabilities and competence to lead the Legal Department of the company.  • Managing and overseeing litigations under various laws. • Advising management on legal issues related to business activities. • Providing a variety of transactional and documentation support on legal issues in business functions. • Providing legal support to different business functions. • Should have exposure to compliance management regarding corporate governance. • Proactively identify legal risks in business activities and offer solutions. • Must be a leader with strong skills in planning and executing legal strategies. • Liaising with police and investigating authorities regarding the company's legal matters.
