Role Overview

Necessary Qualifications for Success
You are a qualified and licensed attorney in your relevant jurisdiction (India or Singapore preferred); You will have substantial relevant legal experience or working knowledge of the following jurisdictions: India, Nepal, Singapore, China, Japan, South Korea and Australia; in-house experience is strongly preferred; You have strong corporate law and transactional experience with deep expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and advising on employment law; experience with international cross-border transactions, a plus; You have a keen understanding and interest in intellectual property, technology, data privacy and protection, particularly as it relates to sophisticated data analytics and insights; Insurance industry experience and knowledge of the global and regional insurance and reinsurance markets a plus; You are an effective negotiator with a good sense for practical business solutions; You are self-assured and comfortable working independently and collaborating with, and providing guidance to, teammates in the US, UK, and EU regions; You are energetic with a dynamic personality and can inspire the confidence of the business team, management, departmental colleagues and other support groups; You have excellent negotiation, drafting, analytical, verbal and written communication skills; You effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters in a timely manner;
