Sr. Accounts Officer

* A strong 5 to 8 + years of working experience as a Finance & Accounts Professional with good fundamental working knowledge of Finance & Accounting Operations, Indian Accounting Standards (IndAS), Indian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (IGAAP) to handle the day to day business operations of the company.

* Proficient working knowledge in handling the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Taxation - TDS Filing, GST Filing (also, its Calculations working & Operations), Payroll, Statutory Compliance (EPF, ESIC & PT), Financial Reporting & Auditing.

* Good working knowledge in handling Tally ERP, MS Office & large volume of data.

* To prepare data for filing TDS returns, verification of account balances & for filing GST returns (GSTR -1 & GSTR -3B).

* Knowledge / Experience in filing Annual GSTs (GSTR-9 & 9C) & for Inter-company reconciliation & BRS is a plus.

* To ensure timely & accurate filing of Tax returns & payments (TDS, GST, Advance tax & other statutory related).

* To handle - Internal audit, Statutory audit, GST audit & its queries related to compliance.

* Reconciliation of Tax data reports with tally entries & rectifying errors.

* Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations & compliance requirements & staying updated on it.

* To maintain & organize accurate records of all tax-related documents & notices from the department.

* To handle vendor queries for Form 16A related matters.

* To possess good personal values such as integrity, honesty & good ethics. Adhere to the company's financial policies & procedures with proven ability to handle the deadlines & to exercise professional Judgement for swift decisions making.

* Strong working knowledge in MS office suite (Proficient in MS Excel is a must).

* Good Communication (Written & Oral), organizational, Interpersonal with good analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
