Sr. Accounts Officer

Role Overview: As a Senior Account Officer, your role will be crucial in ensuring the financial stability of the organization. You will be responsible for monitoring budgets, forecasts, and expenditures to maintain financial stability. Additionally, you will prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts to provide accurate financial insights. Key Responsibilities: - Monitoring budgets, forecasts, and expenditures to maintain financial stability - Preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts - Ensuring adherence to tax regulations, GST filings, TDS, and other statutory requirements - Assisting in audits by preparing necessary documentation and addressing auditor queries - Developing budgets, monitoring expenses against allocated budgets, and generating periodic financial reports - Processing employee salaries, bonuses, and reimbursements - Managing PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance related to employees - Managing bank accounts, performing reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records of transactions - Handling loans, advances, and investment-related activities - Utilizing accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems for effective account management Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of financial management - Knowledge of compliance and reporting - Proficiency in data management and software use If you are a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of financial management, compliance, and reporting, this role as a Senior Account Officer offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of the organization.,
