Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for project and initiative. Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness. Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project objectives. Work with cross-functional teams to design and propose solutions that meet business needs and align with organizational goals. Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and strategies. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), non-functional documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new systems and processes. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance business performance. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of documentation practices, including BRD, FRD, SRS, non-functional documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Proficient in Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM, with experience in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure effective and collaborative project delivery. Experience in wireframing and prototyping to visualize solutions. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq, and Figma. Ability to create flow diagrams, use case diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams. Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation processes to ensure clear, complete, and actionable business and technical requirements. Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and better comprehension of end-to-end system functionality. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of 4+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field is essential. A strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and data analysis techniques is necessary. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are a must. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
