Job Description:

We are hiring Junior, Mid, and Senior-level Accountants to join our growing finance team. Candidates will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and contributing to efficient financial operations. The scope of work and responsibilities will vary depending on the level of experience and role.

Key Responsibilities:

Junior Accountant:

Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers.

Assist in preparing invoices and processing payments.

Handle basic reconciliations and documentation.

Support the finance team with routine tasks.

Mid-Level Accountant:

Manage accounts payable/receivable and journal entries.

Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

Handle GST, TDS, and other taxation compliance.

Collaborate with auditors and assist in periodic audits.

Oversee cash flow and provide analysis to management.

Senior Accountant:

Lead the financial planning and reporting process.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.

Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.

Mentor and supervise junior team members.

Liaise with external auditors and financial institutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

For All Levels:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and applicable tax laws.

Junior Level:

1–2 years of accounting experience.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Mid-Level:

3–5 years of accounting experience.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Senior Level:

6+ years of accounting experience.

Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
