Com) or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CA firm, or at least 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or taxation outside of a CA firm. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and income tax. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally). Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Accounting Review & Ledger Scrutiny Review and finalize accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Conduct regular ledger scrutiny and reconciliations to identify and rectify discrepancies. Taxation & Compliance Prepare and file GST returns, ensure timely reconciliation, and handle related queries. Manage Income Tax filings for individuals, firms, and companies. Oversee TDS compliance including calculation, deduction, payment, and return filing. Assist in Income Tax Audits, prepare audit schedules, and coordinate with auditors. ROC Compliance Handle company compliances including annual filings, audit-related forms, and other statutory requirements with MCA. Audit & Advisory Support statutory and tax audits.
