Sr. Accountant Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, compliance, and audit support, with prior exposure to working in a CA firm. This role demands strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage statutory compliance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting Review & Ledger Scrutiny
• Review and finalize accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct regular ledger scrutiny and reconciliations to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Taxation & Compliance
• Prepare and file GST returns, ensure timely reconciliation, and handle related queries.
• Manage Income Tax filings for individuals, firms, and companies.
• Oversee TDS compliance including calculation, deduction, payment, and return filing.
• Assist in Income Tax Audits, prepare audit schedules, and coordinate with auditors.
• ROC Compliance
• Handle company compliances including annual filings, audit-related forms, and other statutory requirements with MCA.
• Audit & Advisory
• Support statutory and tax audits.
• Provide insights and recommendations for financial process improvements.

Requirements

• Education: B.Com/M.Com
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting & compliance, with at least 1 year of experience in a CA firm (required).
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and ROC compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software Tally.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
