Job Description

Key Responsibilities


=> Sales Support & Lead Nurturing

=> Follow up with inbound and outbound leads via email, phone, and CRM

=> Nurture prospects through different stages of the sales cycle

=> Track and report on the status of leads, deals, and client communications

=> Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and contracts

=> Assist in scheduling sales calls, demos, and meetings with potential clients


CRM Management


=> Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM

=> Document processes and ensure all CRM-related SOPs are followed

=> Flag bottlenecks or issues in the lead pipeline and recommend improvements

=> Digital Sales Collateral

=> Create and update sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and email templates

=> Coordinate with marketing for branded assets and campaign content

=> Ensure all sales materials are current and aligned with messaging and goals


Executive Assistant Duties


=> Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings

=> Review and monitor the executive’s inbox, flagging important messages and drafting responses when appropriate

=> Prepare meeting notes, follow-ups, and summaries

=> Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning

=> Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information

=> Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the executive


Requirements


=> Proven experience in a similar Sales Support or Executive Assistant role

=> Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

=> Excellent verbal and written communication skills

=> High level of organization and attention to detail

=> Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, Canva (or design tools), and project management platforms

=> Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools

=> Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision


Nice to Have


=> Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or B2B environments

=> Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, or ClickUp

=> Design or copywriting skills
