Sr. Accountant Executive

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Maintain and reconcile all general ledger accounts.
• Monitor project-wise accounting and cost allocations.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable Management

• Oversee billing, collection, and vendor payment processes.
• Verify purchase orders, invoices, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure timely recovery of customer payments and monitor outstanding balances.

3. Project Costing & Budgeting

• Prepare and monitor project budgets and track actual costs against budgets.
• Analyze project profitability and prepare MIS reports for management.
• Coordinate with project and procurement teams for cost verification and approvals.

4. Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA, etc.).
• Prepare and support internal and external audits.
• Maintain proper documentation for regulatory and tax purposes.

5. Cash Flow & Fund Management

• Monitor daily cash flow and fund requirements for projects.
• Coordinate with banks for loans, project funding, and reconciliation.
• Prepare fund flow statements and ensure optimal utilization of funds.

6. Process Improvement & Controls

• Implement accounting policies and internal control procedures.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely financial reporting.

7. Team Coordination & Support

• Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure timely task completion.
• Liaise with other departments (projects, purchase, HR, etc.) for accounting inputs.
• Report regularly to management on financial status and variances.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
