Sr. Accountant Executive

About the Company:

Real Beez Estates Pvt Ltd is a leading property management and real estate solutions company in Hyderabad, committed to delivering exceptional service in property management, leasing, and real estate investments. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team and ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor invoices, and client payments.
• Maintain accurate documentation for real estate transactions, agreements, and project expenses.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management MIS reports to assist decision-making.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial service providers.
• Track project-wise cash flow, expenditure, and profitability.
• Assist in implementing financial policies and internal controls.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. CA/Inter CA preferred but not mandatory.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience; experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Understanding of real estate project costing, financial workflows, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,880.48 - ₹48,283.24 per month
