Role Overview

Bmax Projects Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead hiring and relationship management in the Real Estate domain. The role focuses on onboarding and managing Channel Partners, Land Dealers, Brokers, and allied professionals to drive our land acquisition and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement hiring strategies for Channel Partners, Land Dealers, Brokers, and related associates.
• Build strong networks and maintain long-term relationships with Real Estate partners.
• Oversee onboarding, agreements, and compliance documentation.
• Act as a link between management and partners, aligning business goals.
• Track performance, support partners with business insights, and help achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Partner with the Sales & Business Development teams to strengthen Real Estate operations.

Requirements

• Graduate / MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Real Estate hiring, channel partner management, or HRBP roles.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills with knowledge of the Hyderabad Real Estate market.
• Excellent communication and people management abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience).
