Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develop and implement internal financial controls, systems, and policies.
Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and audit requirements.
Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.
Evaluate investment opportunities, cost structures, and profitability.
Supervise and mentor accounting and finance team members.
Identify and drive process improvements for better efficiency and transparency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,630.07 - ₹70,812.10 per month
