We are looking to Hire a Princ software QA engineer/developer to join our cutting-edge development team as it grows. The ideal candidate is a divergent thinker who understands industry best practices and has experience with the required Programming language. They are a team player possessing strong analytical as well as technical skills and are able to communicate the logic behind technical decisions to non-tech stakeholders. They must be comfortable working in an agile environment and have the ability to “take the wheel” when necessary . Responsibilities The candidate should be a hands-on experienced QA Engineer who can work independently with minimum supervision to accomplish assigned tasks on schedule. Successful candidates will have a strong testing background in both web based application and server side testing. Must participate in all technical discussions and provide inputs for test-plan creation Create test automation scripts and find out innovative ways of achieving test efficiency Perform non-functional testing and API-testing as applicable Able to build and maintain Web based Automation frameworks Able to work on testing the services in the Cloud using the Serverless Architecture Contribute towards defect fixing on the development side. QA Strategy and liaison Define and champion the QA strategy, aligning with product roadmap and technical vision. Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality. Communicate QA findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders. AI/ML Skills – Good To Have Experience with AI-assisted test automation tools (e.g., Testim, Virtuoso etc.,) Familiarity with LLMs or generative AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI) for intelligent test generation or defect analysis Understanding of NLP techniques to parse and test natural language inputs Experience integrating AI into CI/CD pipelines to optimize test selection or prioritize regression suites. Prompt engineering or scripting with generative AI tools (e.g., copilot, chatGPT) for test case generation. Qualifications B.E / B.Tech / MCA in computer science/ Engineering or a related discipline. 6+ years of relevant experience. Well versed in required Technical Skills. Ability to devise test strategies, document test plans and test cases based on analysis of business requirements, functional requirements, and design documents. Hands on experience in White box testing and API testing Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot application and environment issues. Ability to identify, debug and clearly articulate software defects. Exposure to static and dynamic code. Hands on programming on Python/Perl and data structures Good on Automation – framework creation Experience in Python. Experience in JavaScript for testing web applications. Experience working on Serverless Architecture. Experience working on Browser Extensions is a plus. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and concepts. Good understanding of basic Design Patterns. Experience with unit testing framework such as Jasmine/Jest. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in Automation.
