The role involves developing and executing sponsorship strategies, managing corporate partnerships, and creating revenue opportunities through events and initiatives. You will be part of the Business Development Team and will drive strategic partnerships with corporations interested in climate tech innovation.

You will identify and secure sponsorship opportunities with corporations, family offices, and climate-focused organizations while managing end-to-end relationship lifecycle.

You will also create and manage Massives events portfolio, including climate mixers, pitch days, demo days, and climate tech conferences to enhance brand visibility and network growth.

To join our team, you should be:

Graduate from Tier-1 college (Marketing / Business) with 1-3 years of experience in corporate partnerships or sponsorship management.
Strategic thinker with strong business development and negotiation skills.
Comfortable managing relationships with C-suite executives and corporate decision-makers.
Passionate about climate tech and sustainability initiatives.

P.S. Prior experience in organizing startup events will be an added advantage. Experience in climate tech or sustainability sector will give you an edge.
