You will be part of the Core Team and will develop and execute community growth strategies. You will design and manage programs to support climate tech founders, facilitate investor connections, and create value for community members through various initiatives. You will also manage MEFs digital presence and drive community engagement through social media, newsletters, and other communication channels. To join our team, you should be: Graduate from Tier-1 college (Engineering / Science / BBA / Economics) with 1-2 (max) years of similar experience. Dynamic, engaging, with strong program management capabilities. Comfortable writing cold mails to investors / startup founders. Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and driving community initiatives. Passionate about climate change, sustainability, and ecosystem building. P.S. While experience in climate tech is not necessary, prior exposure to startup ecosystem and community management will be an added advantage. Experience in managing startup communities or accelerator programs will have an edge. The role involves developing and executing sponsorship strategies, managing corporate partnerships, and creating revenue opportunities through events and initiatives. You will be part of the Business Development Team and will drive strategic partnerships with corporations interested in climate tech innovation. You will identify and secure sponsorship opportunities with corporations, family offices, and climate-focused organizations while managing end-to-end relationship lifecycle. You will also create and manage Massives events portfolio, including climate mixers, pitch days, demo days, and climate tech conferences to enhance brand visibility and network growth. To join our team, you should be: Graduate from Tier-1 college (Marketing / Business) with 1-3 years of experience in corporate partnerships or sponsorship management. Strategic thinker with strong business development and negotiation skills. Comfortable managing relationships with C-suite executives and corporate decision-makers. Passionate about climate tech and sustainability initiatives. P.S. Prior experience in organizing startup events will be an added advantage. Experience in climate tech or sustainability sector will give you an edge.
