We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on development experience, a strong foundation in object-oriented and functional programming, and a deep understanding of modern backend architecture. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable, reliable services and mentoring engineering teams, while remaining technically hands-on. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services and APIs. Champion best practices in object-oriented and functional programming. Drive architecture decisions related to microservices, cloud deployment, and distributed systems. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software in an Agile environment. Contribute to and optimize CI/CD pipelines, and support containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes. Guide and mentor other engineers while contributing to the team’s technical growth. Ensure software quality through code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Must-Have Qualifications: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time spent in backend development.
