About the Role

We are looking for an experienced PING Administrator with strong expertise in Ping Identity solutions, migration, and support operations. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and familiarity with Arcot and CA SiteMinder technologies. You will be a key member of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, driving secure authentication, authorization, and federation strategies across our enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Ping Identity suite (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingID) implementations, migrations, and ongoing support.

• Configure and troubleshoot SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect protocols.

• Design and manage federation and identity life-cycle integrations between internal and external systems.

• Support and optimize existing authentication frameworks, including Arcot and CA SiteMinder.

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless and secure identity flows.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex IAM issues, and ensure high availability and compliance.

• Participate in IAM architecture reviews, upgrades, and automation initiatives.

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior IAM engineers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

• Hands-on expertise in PingFederate, PingAccess, PingID, and related Ping Identity tools.

• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols — SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.

• Experience with Arcot and CA SiteMinder environments.

• Proven experience in Ping migration and integration projects.

• Familiarity with directory services (AD, LDAP) and API security.

• Strong troubleshooting, scripting (Python/PowerShell), and documentation skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Certifications: Ping Identity Certified Professional, PingFederate Administrator, or similar.

• Experience in cloud IAM

• Exposure to DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Ansible) for IAM automation.
