Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for delivering consistent and qualitative Lease Administration Abstraction services for JLL Clients. This role requires a high level of independence where you will liaise with internal parties, abstract critical information from leases, cross-check and verify abstracts, review system reports, resolve queries, and ensure adherence to compliance policies. As you gain expertise, you will also be involved in documenting business processes, training new team members, and working in a large team environment. Key Responsibilities: - Obtain appropriate lease documentation and abstract key information - Cross check and verify abstracts and system data - Review system reports for accuracy and completeness - Record lease documents information accurately - Resolve document/abstraction related queries - Review landlord invoices for lease requirement adherence - Prepare variance reports for validation projects - Maintain processes and procedures for compliance - Document business processes and train new team members - Audit work performed by new team members - Display teamwork and uphold JLL values Qualifications Required: - University Graduates with 2-4 years of experience in office and retail lease abstraction - Experience in real estate commercial lease abstractions - Proficient in using property management/lease administration system for global clients - Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Outlook) - Strong project management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain accurate data and prioritize work within tight deadlines - Readiness to change, receptivity to new ideas - Attention to detail, workplace ethics, and integrity - Interest in reading, strong comprehension, and paraphrasing skills - Innovative thinking, self-motivated, and a strong team player Note: The additional details of the company were not included in the job description provided.,
