Job Description

Role Overview: As a Lease Administration Abstraction Specialist at JLL, you will work independently to deliver consistent and qualitative Lease Administration Abstraction services for JLL Clients. You will be responsible for liaising with internal parties, abstracting critical information from leases, and ensuring accuracy and completeness in various lease database systems. Key Responsibilities: - Cross check and verify Abstracts and System Data - Review System Reports and System Data for Accuracy and Completeness - Perform Lease Document Matching and Review - Record Lease Documents information into Master Document Control Log - Resolve Document/Abstraction related queries with internal Stakeholders - Review landlord invoices to ensure adherence to lease requirement - Prepare area, cost-schedule, and events variance reports - Document business processes, train and mentor new team members - Audit work performed by new team members - Display teamwork and uphold JLL values Qualifications Required: - University Graduates with 2-4 years of Lease Abstraction expertise - Experience in office and Retail leases, preferably in Real estate commercial lease abstractions - Proficiency in using property management/lease administration system for global clients - Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Outlook) - Strong Project Management Skills - Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain and manage accurate data within tight deadlines - Readiness to adapt, provide solutions for client needs, and attention to detail - Workplace ethics and integrity Additional Details: The company values innovation, accountability, teamwork, and delivering work within tight operational deadlines.
