Role Description


We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in overall kitchen operations
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control
  • Contribute to menu planning and recipe standardisation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and kitchen cost controls
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols
  • Collaborate with the service team for a seamless guest experience


Qualifications:

  • Strong culinary expertise in food preparation, kitchen systems, and plating
  • Prior experience in managing kitchen staff and kitchen operations
  • Familiarity with 

    Telangana, Andhra

    and

    Hyderabadi

     cuisine is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent team leadership, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, high-volume environment
  • Experience in premium casual or fine-dining restaurants
  • Culinary degree or relevant professional certification
