F&B Sales Manager

F&B Sales Manager

What You'll Do:

  • Drive 

    food & beverage sales

     across restaurant and event operations
  • Develop and implement 

    strategic sales plans

     to achieve revenue goals
  • Identify, connect with, and nurture 

    client relationships

     – from corporates to social groups
  • Collaborate closely with the 

    marketing team

     on campaigns, activations, and outreach
  • Conduct 

    market research

    , track trends, and report on competitive positioning
  • Generate 

    sales reports

    , manage the CRM, and support event conversion

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in 

    sales management

    , preferably in 

    hospitality or F&B

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

     with a client-first mindset
  • Knowledge of 

    sales strategy

    market trends

    , and 

    business development

  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
