Job Description

Job Summary:

The F&B Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth across all Food & Beverage outlets and banquet operations. This role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and creating effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, and event segments.
  • Proactively source and secure group bookings, banquets, and catering events.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Conduct regular client visits, site inspections, and networking activities.
  • Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Marketing & Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and campaigns for F&B outlets.
  • Contribute to digital marketing initiatives, social media content, and event activations.
  • Represent the property at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions.

Operations & Coordination:

  • Work closely with the F&B and Banquet teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reports on sales performance.

Financial & Administrative:

  • Assist in preparing the annual sales budget and action plans.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure all sales contracts and documentation are properly managed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B sales or event sales, preferably in a hotel or hospitality group.
  • Strong network in the corporate and events industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and hotel CRM/sales software (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce).
  • Results-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
