Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Sales Manager to join our team at Hyatt Centric, with 4-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee food and beverage sales operations to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet their targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage sales management within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
