Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef based in Mohali Chandigarh, India. The Sous Chef will assist in planning, preparing, and executing diverse recipes to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen operations, managing staff, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring seamless collaboration within the culinary team. The role also involves contributing to menu development and managing inventory while prioritizing food safety and proper handling procedures.

  • Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and recipe development
  • Strong leadership, staff management, and team collaboration skills
  • Understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen regulations
  • Ability to manage inventory, control costs, and ensure operational efficiency
  • Creativity in designing menus with a flair for innovative and high-quality cuisine
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant culinary training or certification is preferred, with prior experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
