Company: Arian Foods (Amer Bakery Hut) Job Title: Sous Chef Location: Multiple Restaurants in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Supervising and coordinating kitchen operations at all assigned restaurants. Ensure uniformity in food preparation, taste, and presentation across locations. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for kitchen staff. Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen teams to uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Assist in menu planning, costing, and seasonal updates. Monitor inventory, manage food costs, and minimize wastage. Conduct regular site visits to ensure kitchen operations are aligned with brand standards. Address and resolve any operational or staff issues swiftly and professionally. Collaborate with restaurant managers and front-of-house teams for smooth service execution. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a culinary leadership role, preferably with multi-outlet experience. Culinary degree or equivalent professional training. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and health regulations. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to lead diverse teams across locations.
