Job Description

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning, preparing, and executing diverse menus across multiple cuisines: Chinese, Spanish, European, and Mediterranean.
  • Supervise day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Train, mentor, and guide kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and control food costs.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu innovation, seasonal specials, and signature dishes.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.
  • Step in to manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
