Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at BizNote l By Pride, located in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
Develop and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient service.
Conduct menu costing and inventory management to optimize resources.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage kitchen staff.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
