The Opportunity:
Under moderate supervision, provide support to the sourcing function. Ensures the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at minimum acceptable levels. Monitors inventory requests, production schedules and purchase requisitions to coordinate purchasing activities for current/anticipated demand of materials and services. Collects suppliers quotations and examines bids. Identifies and selects suppliers that meet the organizations standards of price, quality and delivery.
Under overall supervision, this associate will be responsible for all phases of Product Onboarding, and Vendor Management. They will be assigned process improvement projects, ensuring the successful completion of all phases.
- Responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Implements integrations and process improvements to meet quality standards, conducts feasibility studies, and solves problems.
- It plays a major role in communicating with stakeholders when providing project updates and necessary documentation.
- Key contributor to the documentation, communication and support of assistants/stakeholder decision-makers .
- Proactive, enterprising and enthusiastic Project Lead who is tasked with understanding, supporting and executing activities related to project/process improvement.
- Manage and load catalogs of vendors deemed necessary to drive growth in the business.
- Prioritize customer needs appropriately
- Supplier engagement and management, supporting supplier and product onboarding and management.
- Work within a defined KPI
- Design the approach to integrating supplier and material data, set the parameters within the existing SOP and control the execution.
- Provides project updates and reports on a consistent basis for various stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress
- He works closely with all stakeholders, MasterData, Compliance, and suppliers and is responsible for all phases (planning, scheduling and coordination) of the design and implementation of various projects
- Defines/Manages the specific deliverables for the area of expertise in accordance with the scope of the project
- Mapping external customer, supplier and material data to SAP Avantor systems. It effectively supports the integration and implementation of ongoing projects in a timely manner.
- Ensuring planned integration progress in terms of integration outcomes (as required).
- Participates, at times, in negotiations with internal or external stakeholders; assists stakeholders in developing the integration approach and plays a major role in tactical decision-making.
- It provides domain expertise in areas such as project management, functional SAP defining the scope, of the project, identifying risks, allocating resources, facilitating and other areas of expertise based on knowledge and professional experience.
- Develops, updates, monitors and communicates detailed project plans with internal partners and client teams to ensure project success

- Analyze the data and find the root cause of problems
- Define requirements and test cases and execute the test in SAP and on the web
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years Experience working in a commercial field (Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, Masterdata)
- Knowledge of MS Office and Excel with solid computer operation skills
- Knowledge of English in writing and speaking
- Advanced functional SAP knowledge in SAP

- Experience in leading/managing/facilitating TDM, PSP, A3, Kaizen is an advantage, correct understanding of ABS methodology is also an additional advantage

- Able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, schedule, and budget
- Flexible approach in adapting to changing priorities, necessary to sustain the activity
- Multiple languages are a plus
