Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement operations from purchase requisition to payment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the procurement process.
  • Analyze data to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related field (e.g., logistics, supply chain).
  • Strong understanding of Pr To Po process flowcharting principles.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
