Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Responsible to arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.
Negotiate Structured Trade Facilitation (STF) deals and direct trade deals.
Prepare STF contracts ensuring adherence to SOP and guidelines.
Provide and update records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Ensure timely escalation/resolution of any possible deviations, non-compliance, or grievance issues to the reporting manager.
Provide timely support and feedback on all commercial/operational activities as required.
Maintain cordial relationships through frequent interaction with customers to ensure long-term business objectives.
Prepare and share timely business information with key inferences to all internal stakeholders on a periodic basis pertaining to financial/operational parameters.
Provide timely updates to the reporting Manager on opportunities, key issues, and challenges for taking appropriate actions in mitigating/addressing the same.
Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance on all sales operations-related activities in line with business expectations.
Keep up to date with the latest trends in the industry by effectively networking with internal and external stakeholders for proactive decision-making
