• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing and future recruitment needs.
• Utilize new and innovative tools to help acquire the best talent in the market.
• Leverage past recruitment data to re-engage high-potential candidates and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Screen candidates to assess basic qualifications, interest, and cultural fit before handing them off to recruiters for next steps.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.
  

Job Requirements

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting, particularly with passive candidates.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and data-driven sourcing strategies is a plus.
