Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for

  Non-IT positions

  through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
• Manage

  bulk and volume hiring

  efficiently within defined timelines.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future needs.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1.5 to 4 years

  of experience in

  Non-IT sourcing/recruitment

  .
• Proven expertise in

  bulk hiring

  and

  mass recruitment drives

  .
• Strong working knowledge of

  job portals

  and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Graduation is mandatory.
