Job Description

This position is for Phoenix Commercial Pte. Ltd., a company under Allgreen Properties Ltd.

  • Responsible for tracking necessary documentations from tenants (e.g. insurance, BG, etc.)
  • Ensure proper documentation in accordance to SOP (e.g. ACRA, trademark, SD, etc.)
  • Liaise with finance/tenants pertaining to monthly sales submission, yearly audit statement, etc.
  • Support leasing team in report preparation, update tenants list, floor plans, etc.
  • Preparation and dissemination of relevant information internally (e.g. tenant fit-out/opening)
  • Prepare circulars, letters, refunds, etc.
  • General filing, printing and documents housekeeping
  • Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma educational qualifications is preferred
  • The ideal candidate shall be equipped with at least 2 years of relevant experience
