We are looking for passionate and driven Sourcing Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at Mahaveer Construction, Kandivali's trusted real estate developer.

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of the real estate market, ecosystem, current trends, and processes.
• Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, and telephone.
• Strong negotiation and excellent communication skills to influence partners and negotiate effectively.
• A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, and other relevant software.
• A goal-oriented and self-motivated individual capable of working independently.

Key Prerequisites:

• Minimum 60% marks in SSC or HSC
• Minimum 60% marks in Graduation or Post-Graduation (Please note that the educational criteria must be strictly followed)
