Sourcing Manager

Job Summary:

The Sourcing Managers for our luxury real estate firm will focus on generating high-quality leads and managing broker and channel partner relationships to drive sales. One Manager concentrates on the Central region (Matunga, Sion, Chembur, Ghatkopar up to Powai), while the other looks into the Western region (Mahim to Andheri, Juhu and Bandra West). The ideal candidate will possess strong networking and relationship-building skills within the luxury real estate market, demonstrated experience in lead generation and channel management, and a proven ability to meet sales targets. This role is for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Job Role:

Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

• Proactively source and acquire qualified potential buyers through various channels, including channel partners, brokers, and referrals.

Network Management

• Build and nurture a strong network of real estate channel partners, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads.

Performance Tracking

• Track, monitor, and report on key performance metrics related to sourcing strategies and channel partner effectiveness.

Market Analysis

• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the luxury real estate segment to inform sourcing decisions.

Qualification & Experience:

• High-Ticket-Size Experience:

  Must have a proven track record of dealing with high-value transactions in the luxury real estate market.

• Sales Target Achievement:

  A history of consistently performing and exceeding sales targets.

• Skills:

  Exceptional relationship-building, networking, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and performance metrics.

• Experience:

  A minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury real estate sector
