About the Role

Sourcing Head

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Market Development

  • Identify and acquire high-value properties, clients, or vendor partnerships to expand the companys portfolio.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and HNI clients.
  • Develop strategic sourcing plans to ensure a steady pipeline of high-value deals.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sourcing team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales teams to align sourcing with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and strategic planning meetings with the team.

Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Track and maintain a comprehensive pipeline of sourced properties and leads.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sourcing metrics, market insights, and revenue potential.
  • Ensure timely handover of sourced opportunities to the sales/closing teams for execution.

Vendor & Client Relationship Management

  • Negotiate terms with property owners, developers, and vendors to maximize profitability.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders for repeat business.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and operational standards during sourcing.

Revenue & Business Growth

  • Support sales teams in achieving revenue and profitability targets by providing high-quality leads.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to tap into new markets and client segments.
  • Monitor and optimize sourcing costs while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent understanding of real estate market dynamics and high-value transactions.
  • Ability to manage a team, set targets, and drive performance.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM, lead tracking systems, and reporting tools.
  • Confident, target-driven, and professional in communication and presentation.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7-12 years of experience in real estate sourcing, business development, or related domains.
  • Proven track record of building a pipeline of high-value clients, deals, or properties.
  • Experience in residential and commercial real estate markets preferred.
  • Strong network in the real estate ecosystem is highly desirable.
