Role Overview

dynamic and detail-oriented Executive – Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials, machining consumables, tools, plating chemicals, and subcontracted services.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers (domestic and global) with a focus on quality, cost, delivery, and compliance.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and long-term supply partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to align sourcing with technical requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs (OTD, quality, cost competitiveness).
• Ensure compliance with company standards, certifications, and customer requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify alternative suppliers, cost-reduction opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive digital procurement initiatives aligned with Industry 4.0.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement, preferably in

  precision machining, automotive, aerospace, or allied manufacturing sectors

  .
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of materials (steel, aluminum, forgings, castings), machining tools, and plating/chemical supplies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and supplier quality frameworks (ISO/TS, IRIS, IATF).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and suppliers in a fast-paced environment.
