Strong grasp of key raw materials (mango, acacia, sheesham, recycled textiles, jute, wool, poly blends) and localised sourcing advantages.
GM mindset with supply chain and manufacturing (lean/JIT) expertise.
Highly organised, analytical, and execution-focused with a passion for improving processes.
Continuous learner, curious and adaptive, proactive in navigating challenges.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Bachelorʼs Degree required; MBA preferred
