Solutions Specialist

As a Solution Specialist- Retail at our company, you will play a key role in expanding our merchant network by acquiring quality merchants and nurturing relationships with them. Your responsibilities will include crafting solutions tailored to merchants" needs, prospecting potential clients, and closing deals to grow our business. You will be the process guardian, ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures while staying updated on market trends to enhance our products. To succeed in this role, you should have 2 to 6 years of experience in individual contributor roles, particularly in frontline sales within the Fintech, Banking, Financial Services, or related industries. Experience in solution selling, IT products, SAAS, Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, FMCG, FMCD, or Telecom sectors will be advantageous. While prior exposure to POS Sales, EMI Deals, and Working Capital Loans is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
