Solutions Specialist

In this role at Cvent, you will be expected to demonstrate deep product knowledge when assisting colleagues and clients both on the phone and via email. You will also be responsible for onboarding and training new clients to ensure adoption of the product. Gathering client requests for future releases of the product and collaborating with the technology team on customer requirements will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will work with the technology team to assist clients during the onboarding phase, implementing in their accounts and understanding their needs. Driving platform adoption, offering strategic guidance on leveraging the platform, and providing best practice tips will also be crucial aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the content team to develop and enhance knowledge base articles and client-facing documentation. Lastly, you will train the Client Success Team on new advanced functionality and integrations. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), and at least 3 years of experience in client-facing roles. It is essential to have strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity. A general understanding and/or experience with other Cvent tools is a plus. The ideal candidate should be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment. While not required, experience using general office software applications and sales automation products such as Salesforce.com would be beneficial.,
