As a Solutions Specialist in Data Analytics at DT Consulting, your role will involve: - Taking ownership of end-to-end analytics projects, utilizing our unique approach to research and advisory services. - Leading analyst teams to deliver high-quality research and analytics projects that meet client satisfaction. - Mentoring and guiding junior colleagues in their technical and professional development. - Translating business requirements into analytical problem statements. - Designing and deploying quantitative research surveys. - Performing data cleaning and processing tasks to visualize response datasets. - Managing dashboard development projects, from design to deployment. - Delivering research insights and contributing to strategic consulting outputs. - Collaborating with tech teams to integrate data analytics and generative AI techniques into production systems. - Ensuring solutions are scalable, user-centric, and aligned with business needs. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or Data Science. - 4-6 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and automation solutions. - Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior colleagues. - Proficiency in Tableau; Power BI skills are advantageous. - Ability to design and run quantitative surveys using CX platforms like Qualtrics, Alchemer, Medallia. - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. - Programming experience in Python or JavaScript and SQL. - Understanding of LLMs and GenAI technologies. - Strong product management mindset with experience in defining product roadmaps. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. - Ability to engage non-technical stakeholders and simplify complex concepts. Desired Skills: - Experience in the life sciences industry within an agency/consultancy or global capability center environment. - Experience in building and maintaining automated data pipelines to support strategic decision-making and business operations. - Proficiency in statistical concepts and ML algorithms. - Demonstrable experience with various quantitative research methodologies and survey approaches. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - An entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding work.
