The Solution Designer will be responsible for defining designing and delivering end to end technical and functional solutions across complex telecom systems The role demands deep understanding of telecom architecture BSS OSS systems integrations and enterprise solutioning aligned with business requirements
Requirement gathering bridge between business Stakeholders PO BA and the Dev Test teams
Responsible for Architecture related discussion Support Architect
Provide and own the E2E solutions
Propose proactive improvements
Prepare Update HLSD Confluence Pages Walkthrough and obtain Sign off from PO Solution Architect Dev and Test team
o High level Sequence Flow Diagrams Swimlane or UML
o Proposed Data Model Change
o Interface integration interaction diagram
Attend Scrum ceremonies to clarify any design related queries
Interface Design for External systems
Low level impact assessment
Proposing Low level solutions Accessed with Tech Leads and agreed with Architects
Update Component Design in Confluence Only for Major Changes For rest it goes directly in the JIRA User Story
Walkthrough the changes required to dev and test team
Interface design internal to CGP
Prepare Update Data Model
Data Analysis for Feed based Integrations
Low level Data Attribute Mapping
Review LLD Business Logic and Test scenarios Test cases

Production issues support
Work closely with business stakeholders architects and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions
Design end to end solutions across multiple systems BSS OSS CRM Order Management Mediation Billing Network Systems
Develop high level and detailed solution architecture documents data flow diagrams and integration designs
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles security and performance standards
Collaborate with cross functional teams developers testers infrastructure and operations to ensure solution feasibility and consistency
Participate in RFP RFI responses solution estimation and technical proposals
Conduct impact assessments for change requests and provide technical recommendations
Review and govern the design deliverables across vendors and internal teams
Stay up to date with emerging technologies in telecom and recommend adoption where relevant e g 5G NFV SDN Cloud native architectures
Strong experience in Telecom BSS OSS domains CRM Order Management Billing Provisioning Inventory Mediation etc
Experience with system integration using APIs microservices ESB or middleware e g MuleSoft WebMethods TIBCO
Proficiency in designing E2E telecom workflows and understanding of customer journeys
Hands on experience with Cloud AWS Azure GCP and containerization Kubernetes Docker preferred
Familiarity with TM Forum Frameworks eTOM SID TAM is a strong plus
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to produce solution blueprints sequence diagrams and technical documentation
