We’re backed by $40M in funding from Greycroft and Bessemer Venture Partners.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a strategic, consultative, and solution-oriented professional to guide enterprise customers through their full implementation journey—combining project management with deep solution consulting. You’ll translate complex business challenges into scalable, elegant solutions, build strong client partnerships, and drive high-impact projects that deliver long-term value.Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation for enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor from kickoff to value realization.
- Design scalable solutions by understanding client processes across HR, IT, Finance, SCM, and more.
- Facilitate discovery workshops with senior stakeholders to align on long-term business goals.
- Coordinate internal and external teams for seamless project delivery.
- Identify potential risks and blockers—both functional and technical—and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Drive third-party integrations (HRMS, payroll platforms, IT ticketing systems like ServiceNow,Manage Engine, etc) and work with APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Configure workflow automations and perform basic scripting (e.g., JavaScript) to implement and customize process flows.
- Provide guidance on scope management and change requests, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Share best practices and mentor junior team members as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–6+ years of experience in a client-facing, technical implementation or solution consulting role within a SaaS environment.
- A consultative mindset with a solution-oriented approach, able to translate complex requirements into clear, scalable solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise processes across departments (HR, IT, Finance, SCM etc).
- Hands-on experience with third-party integrations and APIs (REST/SOAP), including HRMS, payroll, IT ticketing systems etc.
- Ability to discuss data models and integration architecture with client technical teams.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills with a strong client-facing presence.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools (JIRA, Rocketlane, etc).
- Awareness of modern AI concepts, including Agentic AI and its business applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s or PMP/Scrum certification is a plus).
- Experience with any Workflow Management or Business Process Management (BPM) tool is a strong plus.
Good to Have
- Experience with chatbot or virtual assistant platforms (Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework).
