Role We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Kubernetes (k8s), AWS Cloud, and infrastructure automation to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in deploying, managing, and scaling applications in a cloud-native environment. Responsibilities Manage and optimize multi-region Kubernetes clusters across multiple cloud platforms e.g. AWS, Azure to ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and seamless cross-cloud integration. Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance. Act as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), working to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability. Migrate existing infrastructure stacks to Kubernetes clusters, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal resource utilization. Automate private cloud deployments, ensuring seamless integration and operation with public cloud resources. Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues. Set up and conduct load testing on applications and infrastructure to ensure system performance and reliability. Work closely with development teams to optimize application deployment and release processes. Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IAC) using tools such as Terraform, Helm, and Helmfile. Collaborate with security teams to ensure infrastructure security and compliance. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and continuously improve processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (k8s) and experience with multiple cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP. Experience with Argo CD, Terraform, Helm, and Helmfile. Proven experience migrating infrastructure to Kubernetes clusters. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with setting up monitoring, alerts, and load testing. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
