We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our virtual assistant, chatbot, and chat, as well as other collaboration capabilities for Ivanti’s Service and Asset Management suite. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our AI-driven conversational interfaces, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with emphasis in the AI and chatbot space, and will be adept at navigating the complexities of developing innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for virtual assistants, chatbots, and other collaborative capabilities. Product Development Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and data science, to deliver high-quality products. Define detailed product requirements and specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals. Customer Focus Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights, understand their needs, and validate product concepts. To Be Successful In The Role, You Will Have Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. This department plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth trajectory through continuous innovation and customer-centric solutions. What You Will Be Doing Work closely with a development team to ensure top-notch product quality. Work through design specifications and create test plans to validate end to end scenarios. Work with an agile team to deliver test coverage for acceptance criteria. Collaborate with team members on testing activities and estimation for test efforts. Automate the test scenarios and contribute to the CI/CD pipeline. Experience with integration and API-based testing. Create dynamic test beds quickly based on the product /customer requirements. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills while reporting issues and tracking them. Solve complex engineering problems in testing and test tool development. To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have 5 to 8 years of experience in Manual and Automation testing. Sound networking fundamentals in L3/L4, TCP/IP, HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS, DHCP, NTP, etc Strong understanding of technologies like IPsec/IKE,Ipv4 and Ipv6,AAA, Active Directory, LDAP, Radius, SAML,Certificate authentication etc Hands-on with Virtual Infra management (Vcentre, Vsphere) and cloud deployments. Scripting experience with REST API and python is a must. Good to have knowledge and hands on experience with C++. Basic understanding of Linux system architecture and shell commands. Familiarity with tools like ADO, Git, Jenkins. Should be able to design new test infra and replicate customer use cases and topology. Roadmap for Success 90 days: Understanding and familiarize the VPN solution and start contributing by testing the critical features of this solution 6 months: Module expert for all AAA specific features of ICS products Understanding the ICS architecture and the role of each module in the end to end VPN use case Understand the automation framework and contribute to automation of new features and backlog. Understanding the CI/CD pipeline integration with the current automation framework. 12 months: Start getting involved in early cycles of design and implementation along with contributing to how a use case should be delivered and deployed.
