Solar Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute high-impact solar sales strategies
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships
• Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, and digital channels
• Conduct site assessments and deliver custom solar proposals
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle: Follow-up Negotiate Close
• Collaborate with technical and installation teams for seamless execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in solar/renewable energy sales
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Capability to understand and present technical solutions clearly
• Strong knowledge of solar systems, products, and market dynamics
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office
• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA in Sales/Marketing
• Certification in Solar Energy or Renewable Technologies
• Experience across residential, commercial, or industrial segments
